If measuring your food is going to trigger diet mentality, please don’t do it!
This challenge is to help simplify what preparing a healthy meal looks like.
Don’t overcomplicate it.
Don’t treat it like a diet.
Do what works for you!
My goal for the Power Bowl Challenge?
- Help people feel nourished eating a meal that includes ALL food groups. No more restriction (unless an allergy, sensitivity, etc).
- Simplify healthy meals. Many people have an all or nothing mentality. No need for that! Just focus on one meal per day and make it balanced. This isn’t about perfection, this is about tuning into your body and how it feels when you fuel it with a balanced meal.
- Give people another option besides a weight loss program. There are other ways to live a healthy life besides a weight loss program. Learning what makes your body feel good and feeding it accordingly takes time and patience, and I want to offer a resource and support to help people stay on this path.
