This honey lime fruit salad is the perfect bowl of freshness!  Perfect for a party, or just for meal prep for lunch or dinner!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb strawberries , halved
  • 2 cups diced pineapple
  • 6 oz blueberries
  • 3 kiwi
  • 1 cup grapes , halved
  • 1 TBS honey
  • 1 TBS fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Remove skin from pineapple and kiwi and dice.

  2. Wash all fruit and place in large bowl.

  3. Mix honey and lime juice and drizzle over fruit.

  4. Chill for at least 10 minutes.  Stir before serving.
