Ingredients

  • 9 oz Jiffy Golden Yellow Cake Mix
  • 8.5 oz Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine both dry Jiffy mixes and all other ingredients until mixed well.

  3. Pour batter into an 8x8 sprayed pan.

  4. Bake @ 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.  Spray a piece of foil and place sprayed side on top of cornbread and return to oven for an additional 5-10 minutes or until a knife can be inserted into the center and it comes out clean.
