Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs baby red potatoes washed and quartered
  • 2 TBS olive oil
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Wash potatoes and then quarter them and place in a mixing bowl.

  3. Mix remaining ingredients and then pour over potatoes and mix well.

  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place potatoes in a single layer on baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked to your preference.
