Turkey Taco Bowls with Cauliflower Rice
Turkey Taco Bowls with Cauliflower Rice is a healthy nutritious meal that is quick and easy to prepare that makes great leftovers!

- 2 lb 93/7 ground turkey
- 4 TBS Taco Seasoning
- 30 ounces canned black beans,
- 2 cup grape tomatoes
- 2 TBS olive oil
- 2 cup frozen corn
Healthy Mexican Cauliflower Rice
Heat skillet over medium heat and cook ground turkey. Add taco seasoning and cook until done. Drain if preferred.
While ground turkey is cooking, heat another small skillet with olive oil and add corn. Cook until corn is cooked and slightly browned.
Heat black beans on stove top or in microwave until warmed.
Evenly divide ingredients into 10 servings.
