Ingredients
1lbfresh asparagus
1TBSolive oil
1tspminced garlic
1/4tspsalt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4cup fresh parmesan cheesegrated
Instructions
Wash asparagus and cut off woody ends.
Layer a baking sheet with foil and place asparagus in a single layer on pan.
Mix olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a separate bowl then brush mixture over asparagus.
Sprinkle freshly grated parmesan cheese over asparagus.
Bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes depending on preference.
