Oven Roasted Garlic Parmesan Asparagus
Fresh asparagus drizzled with olive oil and garlic and roasted with fresh parmesan cheese is a healthy and easy vegetable to accompany your favorite entree!
Servings 4 servings
- 1 lb fresh asparagus
- 1 TBS olive oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parmesan cheese grated
Wash asparagus and cut off woody ends.
Layer a baking sheet with foil and place asparagus in a single layer on pan.
Mix olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a separate bowl then brush mixture over asparagus.
Sprinkle freshly grated parmesan cheese over asparagus.
Bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes depending on preference.
