Oven Roasted Garlic Parmesan Asparagus

Fresh asparagus drizzled with olive oil and garlic and roasted with fresh parmesan cheese is a healthy and easy vegetable to accompany your favorite entree!

  • 1 lb fresh asparagus
  • 1 TBS olive oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parmesan cheese grated


  • Wash asparagus and cut off woody ends.
  • Layer a baking sheet with foil and place asparagus in a single layer on pan.
  • Mix olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a separate bowl then brush mixture over asparagus.
  • Sprinkle freshly grated parmesan cheese over asparagus.
  • Bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes depending on preference.
