Easy Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs boneless pork shoulder
  • 1 TBS brown sugar
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • t tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  • Combine all spices in bowl and mix together.
  • Rub spice mixture on raw, thawed, boneless pork shoulder.
  • Place pork in slow cooker and gently pour apple cider vinegar and chicken broth into the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or on high for 5-6 hours.
  • Place cooked pork on a plate and shred with forks.  Return shredded pork into slow cooker until ready to serve.
