Italian Roasted Potatoes
These 5 ingredient Italian Roasted Potatoes are a great healthy side dish that can be made in the oven and are quick and easy to prepare!
- 1.5 lbs baby red potatoes washed and quartered
- 2 TBS olive oil
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Wash potatoes and then quarter them and place in a mixing bowl.
Mix remaining ingredients and then pour over potatoes and mix well.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place potatoes in a single layer on baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked to your preference.
