Ingredients
1headcauliflower(cut into bite sized pieces)
1head broccoli (cut into bite sized pieces)
2TBSavocado oil(or olive oil)
1tspsalt
1/4tsppepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 and line baking sheet with parchment paper
Cut broccoli and cauliflower into bite sized pieces and wash thoroughly.
Place in a bowl and toss to coat with oil
Once oil is evenly coated on vegetables sprinkle salt and pepper (you can add more or less to taste) and mix well.
Place vegetables on baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Notes
*You can adjust salt and pepper according to your preference. *You can add additional cooking time if you want your vegetables to be more tender.
