Ingredients
1cupoatmealGLUTEN FREE
1/4cuphoney
1/2cupalmond butteror nut butter of your choice
1/4cupground flaxseed
2TBSchia seeds
1/4cup raisins
Instructions
Place oatmeal, honey, nut butter, flaxseed and chia seeds in a food processor and mix until all ingredients are blended together.Do not overmix. You will probably need to use a spatula to clean the sides of the food processor once or twice to mix all ingredients.
Add raisins and mix just to incorporate them into the mixutre.
Refrigerate mix for about 20 minutes.
Roll into balls and store in an airtight container.

Makes approximately 14 ballsRegular oatmeal can be used if you don't have a gluten sensitivity or intolerance.
