Gluten-Free Chili Seasoning

Want to make your next pot of chili over-the-top delicious? Try this healthy and homemade gluten-free chili seasoning that can be whipped up in under 5 minutes and stored for up to 3 months!

Ingredients

  • 4 TBS chili powder
  • 2 TBS cumin
  • 2 TBS coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
  • 1 TBS Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a jar or storage container with at least an 8-ounce volume and stir to combine.
  • Store sealed with an airtight lid for up to 3 months, stirring before each use.

Notes

  • Spices don't actually "expire" but I recommend using within 2 years if it is stored in a cool, dry place and an air-tight container.
  • When using the chili seasoning in a recipe, I generally use 2 Tablespoons.
